Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
  • Maintain merchandising standards: execute visual directives, replenish stock, and ensure product presentation is pristine.
  • Support inventory management: receive and unpack shipments, conduct stock counts and assist with loss-prevention protocols.
  • Assist with fitting-room service, gift-wrapping, and special store events or promotions.
  • Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods; communicate availability and punctuality reliably.
  • Uphold store housekeeping, safety and compliance standards to preserve a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable customer-service aptitude with a client-focused demeanour.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Reliable availability for a temporary assignment, including peak retail hours, weekends and holidays.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling integrity; attention to transactional accuracy.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods and to assist with light to moderate stock handling.
