Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- Conduct active listening to identify customer needs and offer personalised styling recommendations and complementary items to build complete looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, effective client relationships and tailored product suggestions.
- Execute omni‑channel selling activities, including in‑store and virtual appointments as required.
- Operate point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and maintain a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain back‑of‑house organisation, visual merchandising standards and stockroom replenishment.
- Promote repeat business by celebrating customer choices and inviting future visits.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work and collaborate effectively within a team.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Post‑secondary education in fashion, retail or merchandising is an asset.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 16.60 to CAD 19 per hour.
