Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident client service and act as a trusted style advisor to guide product selection and outfit creation.
- Conduct active listening and targeted questioning to uncover client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product into clients’ wardrobes.
- Drive sales through effective storytelling, product knowledge across categories and proactive clienteling.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Support omnichannel selling and virtual appointments when required, leveraging social media and brand guidelines to engage clients.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, peak periods and holidays to meet store needs.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a retail environment; luxury or premium retail experience preferred where available.
- Comfort with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques and familiarity with social media as a sales tool.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in English (or local market language); additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and safely maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required. Experience advising clients on styling and working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred. Familiarity with omnichannel selling and virtual client interactions is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or a related field is a plus.

The role is situated in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada — conveniently close to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 16.75 to CAD 19 per hour.
