Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and build rapport; act as a trusted advisor to discover and articulate personal style.
  • Provide tailored styling recommendations, assemble complete looks, and suggest add-on items to increase basket size.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and active customer engagement across store and digital touchpoints.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure a smooth, efficient checkout experience.
  • Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory upkeep and organization.
  • Support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives, including social media engagement and remote styling when required.
  • Work a flexible schedule—including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays—and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable learning and applying omni/virtual selling techniques and social media-driven selling.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role (regularly lift at least 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally).
  • English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by the market).
