Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating confident product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Listen attentively and ask probing questions to understand customer needs and personal style.
- Provide personalised styling advice, suggest complementary items, and assemble complete looks.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and inspire customers to explore new styles.
- Facilitate seamless purchases, including POS transactions and checkout assistance.
