Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and establish immediate rapport; actively listen to determine needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product demonstrations and suggestive selling of add-ons and complementary items.
- Execute smooth point-of-sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate merchandising and inventory handling.
- Use social and omnichannel tools to engage customers and support virtual selling opportunities.
- Reinforce customer choices and cultivate repeat visits through follow-up and exceptional service.
- Follow loss-prevention, health & safety and ADA accommodation policies; perform light to moderate physical tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exemplary interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Comfortable providing styling advice and visual merchandising guidance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending and climbing.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrated track record of sales performance and customer-facing selling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
