Kate Spade is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV at Las Vegas South Premium Outlets — part-time retail role focused on styling and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, establish rapport and demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct personalized styling consultations; create complete looks and recommend add-on items.
- Drive sales through storytelling, customer engagement and tailored recommendations.
- Deliver seamless transactions and maintain POS accuracy during checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Adapt selling approach to in-store, omni-channel and virtual selling environments and support social media initiatives as directed.
- Support a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and high-traffic retail days.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; social media awareness.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated selling results and customer-facing responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
