Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth and authoritative product knowledge.
  • Conduct consultative styling sessions to create complete looks and recommend add‑ons.
  • Listen actively and ask probing questions to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Deliver seamless point‑of‑sale transactions and maintain cash handling accuracy.
  • Contribute to sales targets through storytelling, clienteling and proactive upselling.
  • Maintain visual standards and stockroom organisation; assist with merchandising tasks.
  • Support omni‑channel selling, including virtual appointments and social media outreach.
  • Ensure safe handling of merchandise and perform regular lifting and stockroom duties.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail or customer‑facing sales environment.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor.
