Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating expert product knowledge.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to discover customer preferences and curate personalised looks.
  • Provide styling advice and suggest complementary items to build complete outfits and increase basket value.
  • Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use product through creative merchandising and storytelling.
  • Complete POS transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain stockroom organisation, replenish the sales floor, and support inventory activities.
  • Support store sales targets through proactive client outreach and omni-channel selling techniques.
  • Reinforce positive customer interactions to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications
