Kate Spade hiring Temporary Sales Associate in Halton Hills, ON (Toronto Premium Outlets). Part‑time role; pay CAD $17.60–$22.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, confident guest service and demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
  • Assess customer needs through active listening and insightful questioning; provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, suggest relevant add‑ons and guide customers through a seamless checkout.
  • Present multiple ways to wear products and inspire customers to explore new styles.
  • Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, execute POS transactions, and ensure accurate inventory handling.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to contribute to team performance.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience with demonstrable sales results preferred.
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques.
  • English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
