Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service with confident product knowledge.
- Conduct needs-based discovery and provide personalised styling advice to create complete looks and recommend add-ons.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine products to inspire customers and drive exploration.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout (POS) experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom, replenish floor merchandise and manage inventory handling.
- Drive sales results through storytelling, relationship-building and meeting store targets.
- Receive and provide constructive feedback to support team performance and continuous improvement.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays as required.
- Perform physical tasks as needed: regularly lift up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Proven retail selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally in fashion or accessories.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and openness to learning omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Proficiency in English (or the local language relevant to the market).

Experience
Previous retail experience is required; experience in fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, merchandising or retail is an asset.

This position is based in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
