Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised styling and advisory service to customers, translating product attributes into complete looks that suit individual tastes and lifestyles.
  • Engage guests warmly, ask insightful questions to identify needs, and present complementary items to drive accessory and multi-category sales.
  • Operate the point-of-sale and ensure a seamless checkout experience while maintaining high standards of operational accuracy.
  • Maintain visual presentation and stockroom organisation, including replenishment, fitting room management and loss-prevention practices.
  • Execute omni-channel selling activities and virtual/remote customer interactions as required; document customer preferences to support follow-up and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
  • Comfortable using social media and willing to adopt omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
