Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with confident, warm service while demonstrating strong product knowledge.

  • Support omnichannel selling and virtual/clienteling activities when required.
  • Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom, execute POS transactions, and assist with inventory flow.
  • Provide and accept constructive feedback to improve individual and store performance.
  • Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting merchandise and maintaining the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail or client-facing sales experience; luxury or fashion retail experience is advantageous.
  • Comfortable multitasking, prioritising, and collaborating within a team environment.
  • Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
