Role & Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Acts as a trusted stylist: listens to customer needs, offers styling advice, assembles complete looks and suggests add-ons to elevate purchases.
- Drives sales through storytelling, personalised client engagement and proactive follow-up to foster loyalty.
- Maintains operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions and inventory organisation.
- Uses creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and supports omni-channel/virtual selling when applicable.
- Ensures a seamless checkout experience and reinforces customer choices to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience; experience with lifestyle or fashion brands preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- English proficiency required for this market.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; experience within lifestyle or fashion brands and familiarity with styling/clienteling preferred (approximately 1+ years preferred).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
