Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate strong product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct discovery through active listening and insightful questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creative visual examples; encourage customers to explore new styles.
- Execute efficient POS transactions and guide customers through a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation and merchandising standards.
- Deliver results through customer storytelling, sustained follow-up and relationship building; invite repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
