Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and establish rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to discover customer needs, create complete looks and recommend add-ons.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and combine products to inspire exploration of the brand assortment.
- Drive sales through storytelling, personalised recommendations and seamless guidance through the purchase and checkout process.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions and inventory organisation.
- Support omni-channel selling and virtual/remote client interactions; adapt to social-selling activities as required.
- Provide and accept timely, constructive feedback to colleagues to improve team performance and service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local market language as applicable).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Previous customer-facing retail experience is required; experience within fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer-service training is advantageous.
