Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with warm, confident service while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, assembling complete looks and recommending add-ons to enhance the customer’s wardrobe.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and by converting styling consultations into purchases.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) and ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers.
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Adopt omni-channel selling techniques and support virtual selling or social-led customer interactions as required.
  • Work a flexible schedule—including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays—and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and merchandise handling.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail sales or customer-facing experience in a store environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with social media and a willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling methods.
  • Proficiency in English (or local language per market) and the ability to communicate product benefits clearly.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
