Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted style advisor: greet guests warmly, discover client needs through active listening, and offer styling recommendations that integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
- Drive sales through storytelling and relationship-building; suggest add-ons and create complete looks to increase basket size.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and inspire customers to explore new styles and ways to wear pieces.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory handling, organization and merchandising standards.
- Support omnichannel selling initiatives, including virtual selling and social-media-driven engagement.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with colleagues to meet store targets and elevate guest experience.
- Meet physical demands of the role, including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and performing tasks that require bending, climbing and kneeling.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience with styling or fashion advising preferred.
- Comfortable with omnichannel retail practices and willing to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Proficiency in English (or local market language where applicable).

Prior retail experience is required; demonstrable professional selling skills and a history of delivering strong customer service and sales results are preferred.
Education
