Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted stylist and advisor, engaging customers to discover and refine their personal style using Kate Spade product assortments.
- Deliver high‑impact customer experiences through active listening, tailored styling recommendations and complete look creation.
- Drive sales through storytelling, cross‑selling and add‑on suggestions while meeting individual and store targets.
