Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, using deep product knowledge to guide purchase decisions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that integrate handbags, accessories and ready-to-wear.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest complementary items and convert styling interactions into purchases.
- Operate POS systems and ensure accurate, efficient checkout and transaction processing.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, receive and replenish merchandise and support inventory accuracy.
- Demonstrate creative merchandising on the sales floor to showcase multiple ways to wear and pair products.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling activities, including social media engagement when required.
- Adhere to loss prevention, visual standards, and store operational procedures; lift and move merchandise as needed (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories or lifestyle categories.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Comfort with omni-channel retail tools and a willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.

- Physically able to perform retail duties including standing for long periods and lifting merchandise.

Experience
