Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating expert product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Provide personalized styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Listen to customer needs, ask insightful questions and guide purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products to inspire repeat visitation.
- Maintain operational excellence: manage POS transactions, organize the sales floor and stockroom, and support inventory integrity.
- Drive sales results through relationship-building, effective storytelling and proactive client service.
- Work a flexible schedule to support business needs including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment with a track record of customer-facing sales.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local market language proficiency).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom.
