Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador.
- Deliver one‑to‑one styling advice, curate complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Listen actively, probe to understand customers’ needs and guide purchase decisions through storytelling.
- Execute seamless POS transactions and ensure an efficient checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, execute inventory handling and replenishment.
- Support omnichannel initiatives and virtual selling; apply social media awareness to assist customer engagement.
- Convey constructive feedback and collaborate with colleagues to drive sales results and store standards.
- Adhere to physical requirements including regular lifting of ~25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and flexibility for nights, weekends and holiday trading.
