Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confidence, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct needs-based conversations, ask thoughtful follow-up questions and translate insights into curated styling recommendations and complete looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest complementary items, and guide customers through purchase decisions to a smooth checkout.
- Demonstrate creativity in merchandising on the sales floor—show multiple ways to wear and incorporate products to inspire repeat visitation.
- Maintain operational excellence: accurate POS transactions, disciplined stockroom organization and timely replenishment.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to support team performance and store standards.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and navigate the sales floor and stockroom.

Education
