Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and professional product knowledge; establish rapport and uncover customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks; suggest add-ons and alternate ways to wear product to increase basket size.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and follow-up; guide customers through purchasing decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Operate POS transactions accurately and maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation and replenishment.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling practices and promote brand initiatives; reinforce customer satisfaction and invite repeat visits.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre across sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
