Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, polished customer service that reflects the Kate Spade brand and drives conversion and average transaction value.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash/card reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure floor sets, displays and stock presentation are immaculate and on-brand.
- Receive, unpack and replenish merchandise; participate in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Cover assigned shifts during peak periods, holidays and special events; assist with in-store promotions and client events.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing protocols and company operational policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a temporary/defined-period schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally within premium or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift and carry merchandise as required.

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; experience within premium, lifestyle, or fashion retail is an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate reliability in shift work and an ability to meet sales and service targets during short-term or peak periods.
