Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, build rapport and deliver personalised styling advice to help clients assemble complete looks.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, product storytelling and recommended add‑ons to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and present multiple ways to wear and combine pieces.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience for each customer.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, merchandise presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Adopt omnichannel selling techniques and support virtual selling or social media outreach as required.
- Provide and receive candid, constructive feedback; contribute to team goals and store performance.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in styling or fashion sales preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required. Candidates with demonstrated success in clienteling, styling or high‑touch fashion sales are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or certification in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
