Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident greetings and build rapport to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and provide personalised styling advice to create complete looks and drive add-on sales.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and communicate brand DNA through storytelling.
• Execute seamless transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems and ensure accuracy at checkout.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and organise the stockroom to support inventory flow.
• Support omnichannel customer engagement, including virtual selling and social-media-driven interactions.
• Meet sales targets through consultative selling and sustained customer follow-up; reinforce customer choices to encourage repeat visits.
• Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic retail days and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with polished interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Comfort with social media and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to bend, climb and kneel as required.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends and peak periods.

Skills

Experience

Prior experience working in a customer-facing retail environment is required, with demonstrated sales results and familiarity with styling or visual merchandising preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
