Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, diagnose needs through active listening and product-led questioning.
- Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons, and close transactions using the store POS.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, replenish inventory, and perform accurate stock handling.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across handbags, apparel and accessories to inspire customer confidence.
- Support omnichannel efforts by learning and applying virtual selling techniques and social media engagement where applicable.
- Ensure a seamless checkout experience and reinforce customer decisions to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exemplary interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in premium, fashion, or outlet retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, high-traffic periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending and manoeuvring in sales floor and stockroom environments.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency where applicable).

Previous experience in a retail sales environment is required; background in fashion or accessories retail is preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales through customer relationships and styling is advantageous.
