Role & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up to support repeat business.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation, executing floor moves, window displays and daily housekeeping to brand guidelines.
- Receive, unpack and replenish inventory; perform cycle counts and assist with stockroom organization and loss‑prevention measures.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment including click‑and‑collect, ship‑from‑store and reserve‑and‑collect procedures as required.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and participate in promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience; experience in premium or luxury fashion retail strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and clienteling.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Professional presentation and grooming consistent with a luxury brand environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with stock handling and store operations.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or customer service is an asset.
