Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized customer service consistent with Kate Spade brand standards to drive sales and build client loyalty.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process transactions, refunds and exchanges while maintaining cash-handling integrity.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product presentation, window displays and store fixtures reflect current guidelines.
- Support inventory activities including receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation and periodic stock counts.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, adhere to loss-prevention policies and sustain a tidy, customer-ready sales floor.
- Contribute to special events, trunk shows and promotional initiatives, offering proactive clienteling and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Available for a temporary assignment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and poise appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Basic numeracy and ability to operate POS and handle transactions accurately.
- Eligibility to work in the country of hire.

Experience
