Role & Responsibilities

- Actively listen and ask targeted follow-up questions to identify customer needs and guide purchase decisions toward a seamless checkout.
- Drive sales through relationship-building, storytelling and follow-up; reinforce customer choices to encourage return visits.
- Maintain operational excellence on the salesfloor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions, inventory organisation and visual presentation.
- Adopt omni-channel selling behaviours, support virtual selling where required, and apply social media awareness to engage customers.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; safely lift and handle inventory (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with demonstrable interpersonal and communication strengths.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; social media awareness.
- English proficiency appropriate to the market; ability to work flexible retail hours.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, climbing, stockroom manoeuvres).
