Kate Spade seeks a Temporary Retail Associate (part‑time) in Sunrise, Florida — engage customers, provide styling advice and support store operations at Sawgrass Mills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service: greet guests, ask insightful questions and tailor product recommendations to individual tastes and lifestyles.
  • Provide styling advice and create complete looks that combine multiple categories; suggest add‑ons and alternative ways to wear products.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, product expertise and building lasting customer relationships; support omni-channel clienteling and virtual selling techniques.
  • Execute transactions and maintain operational excellence at the point of sale, including accurate POS handling and efficient checkout procedures.
  • Manage stockroom and merchandise presentation: receive and process inventory, organize stock, and assist with visual merchandising as directed.
  • Maintain a safe, organized sales floor and assist with lifting, moving and arranging product and displays as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using social media for brand engagement and receptive to training in omni/virtual selling.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays and other peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
