Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service: greet guests, ask insightful questions and tailor product recommendations to individual tastes and lifestyles.
- Provide styling advice and create complete looks that combine multiple categories; suggest add‑ons and alternative ways to wear products.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product expertise and building lasting customer relationships; support omni-channel clienteling and virtual selling techniques.
- Execute transactions and maintain operational excellence at the point of sale, including accurate POS handling and efficient checkout procedures.
- Manage stockroom and merchandise presentation: receive and process inventory, organize stock, and assist with visual merchandising as directed.
- Maintain a safe, organized sales floor and assist with lifting, moving and arranging product and displays as required.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Comfortable using social media for brand engagement and receptive to training in omni/virtual selling.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays and other peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience required; experience in styling or luxury fashion retail strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
