Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and act as a trusted style advisor to discover customer preferences and curate complete looks.
- Deliver personalised styling advice, suggest add-ons and demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine products to drive conversion.
- Drive sales through storytelling and deep product knowledge across categories while meeting individual and store targets.
- Execute smooth point-of-sale transactions, support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives and maintain operational standards on the sales floor.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, assist with merchandising and inventory tasks, and safely handle merchandise (lifting as required).
- Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with the team to sustain a high-performing store environment.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or specialty retail and styling experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, kneel and manoeuvre stockroom and sales floor.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience required; experience in styling, personal shopping or luxury retail is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or fashion merchandising coursework is an advantage.

Compensation
