Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating expert product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions: assess customer needs, propose complete looks and suggest add-on items to increase basket value.
- Execute high-quality customer service through active listening, insightful questioning and follow-through to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Drive sales through compelling storytelling, clienteling and omni-channel engagement (including virtual selling when applicable).
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate, efficient transactions and returns processing.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising and inventory organization.
- Receive and act on feedback constructively; collaborate closely with colleagues to meet store targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Perform physical tasks as required: regularly lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and move merchandise between floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, ideally within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Comfort with multitasking, prioritising workload and working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Physical capability to handle routine lifting and stockroom tasks.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment is required; experience in fashion, accessories or brand-driven styling and clienteling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
