Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport, and deliver personalised styling advice to help customers discover and express their personal aesthetic.
- Drive sales through product storytelling, suggest add-ons to complete looks, and create curated outfits across categories.
- Deliver exceptional checkout experiences, operate POS systems accurately, and shepherd purchase decisions to close.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, execute replenishment, and support inventory control.
- Utilise omnichannel and virtual selling techniques; engage customers via social media and brand digital tools when appropriate.
- Champion the brand by demonstrating deep product knowledge and reinforcing customer purchasing decisions to encourage repeat visits.
- Perform light physical tasks regularly (lifting up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), and support visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; luxury, lifestyle, or specialty retail experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to navigate the sales floor and stockroom safely.

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; experience with luxury or lifestyle brands and demonstrated sales performance is preferred.
Education
