Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly; listen and ask targeted questions to discover needs and preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice, create complete looks and suggest add-on items to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and communicate brand story through storytelling.
- Drive sales targets by converting interactions into purchases and ensuring a seamless checkout using POS systems.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, replenishment and visual presentation.
- Support omni-channel activity and virtual selling as required; promote customer return and loyalty.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting inventory (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems and maintaining stockroom organisation.
