Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and build rapport to discover individual style and lifestyle needs.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and recommend complementary items to increase basket size.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge, and active promotion of brand categories.
  • Execute transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and organise the stockroom to support replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, including social media outreach where required.
  • Support loss-prevention and merchandising processes, participate in stock counts and receive shipments.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service to encourage repeat visits and long-term customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience required; experience with lifestyle or fashion brands preferred.

  • Capable of lifting regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
  • English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
