Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service consistent with Kate Spade’s luxury retail standards, cultivating repeat clientele through proactive clienteling.
- Execute sales transactions accurately using the store Point-of-Sale (POS) system and manage cash handling procedures according to company policy.
- Support visual merchandising and daily floor standards—maintain merchandising integrity, stock levels, and an immaculate selling environment.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking and restocking merchandise; participate in inventory counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Support store events, product launches and peak trading periods; adapt quickly to changing priorities and store needs.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holiday trading.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy for transaction processing and basic stock tasks.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to stand and move on the shop floor for extended periods.
- Adherence to brand standards and confidentiality when handling client information.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred; luxury or boutique sales experience and prior seasonal/temporary retail roles are advantageous but not always required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality is a plus.
