Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, concierge-style customer service consistent with Kate Spade brand standards and drive sales through personalised client interactions.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, handle cash and complete end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor and displays are maintained to brand presentation guidelines.
- Execute stockroom duties including receiving, tagging, replenishment and organising inventory.
