Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, concierge-style customer service consistent with Kate Spade brand standards and drive sales through personalised client interactions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, handle cash and complete end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor and displays are maintained to brand presentation guidelines.
  • Execute stockroom duties including receiving, tagging, replenishment and organising inventory.
  • Assist with clienteling activities: capture customer data, follow up on inquiries and support promotional campaigns.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and maintain store security and housekeeping standards.
  • Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; assist with opening and closing store procedures as required.

Qualifications

  • Professional, customer-focused demeanour with polished presentation appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality training preferred.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holiday periods.
  • Basic numeracy and proven experience handling cash and POS transactions preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise (typically up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
