Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive sales and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, process returns/exchanges and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain floor presentation to brand standards, including window displays, product replenishment and signage.
  • Execute inventory tasks: receive and unpack deliveries, conduct cycle counts and assist with stockroom organisation.
  • Actively engage in clienteling activities — capture client data, follow up on enquiries and support appointment bookings.
  • Uphold loss-prevention procedures, store security and adherence to operational policies during assigned shifts.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily and seasonal sales targets and support promotional events or pop-ups.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide high-calibre customer service in a retail or hospitality environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Polished personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury brand.
  • Basic numeracy and trustworthy cash-handling record; eligibility to work in the hiring country.

Experience
