Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive sales and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, process returns/exchanges and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain floor presentation to brand standards, including window displays, product replenishment and signage.
- Execute inventory tasks: receive and unpack deliveries, conduct cycle counts and assist with stockroom organisation.
- Actively engage in clienteling activities — capture client data, follow up on enquiries and support appointment bookings.
- Uphold loss-prevention procedures, store security and adherence to operational policies during assigned shifts.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily and seasonal sales targets and support promotional events or pop-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high-calibre customer service in a retail or hospitality environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Polished personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury brand.
- Basic numeracy and trustworthy cash-handling record; eligibility to work in the hiring country.

Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience is typical. Prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
