Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service: greet customers, assess needs, offer styling advice and build rapport to generate sales.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation, signage and displays reflect brand guidelines.
  • Support inventory operations: receive shipments, process stock, conduct cycle counts and assist with stockroom organization.
  • Manage returns and exchanges according to store policy and contribute to loss-prevention efforts.
  • Collaborate with store team to meet daily sales targets, support events and maintain boutique cleanliness and readiness.

Qualifications

  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to perform standing, light lifting and stockroom tasks during a shift.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (if located in the U.S.) and ability to pass any required background checks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and receptive to coaching.

Experience
