Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalised client service to cultivate relationships and maximise sales conversion.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling and returns processing.
- Maintain brand visual standards through merchandising, window displays and daily housekeeping.
- Support stockroom operations: receiving, replenishment, pricing and inventory counts.
- Actively participate in promotional and omnichannel fulfilment activities (click & collect, ship-from-store).
- Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and store safety procedures at all times.
- Contribute to sales targets and key performance indicators set for the store during the temporary assignment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high-quality client service in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidays; able to work a variable/seasonal roster.
- Right to work in the United States (if hired for the New York location).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
