- Assist with in-store events, promotions and peak-period traffic to optimize the client experience.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, health & safety and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; professional, client-focused demeanour.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods common to temporary retail assignments.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work standing shifts for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Previous retail, luxury or customer-service experience preferred for seasonal/temporary roles.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of customer-facing retail or luxury boutique experience; seasonally focused or temporary-store experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus.
