Role & Responsibilities

- Assist with clienteling activities such as building client profiles, documenting preferences and following up on enquiries.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to cover peak trading periods and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrable ability to provide polished customer service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including peak trading hours.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting associated with merchandising and stock tasks.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred; experience in a luxury, premium, or fashion retail setting and previous seasonal/temporary roles are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or hospitality is a plus.
