Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, driving conversion and average transaction value through consultative selling and product knowledge.

  • Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards on the shop floor, including replenishment, folding, tagging and window displays.
  • Receive, inspect and process incoming stock; assist with inventory counts and basic stockroom organisation.
  • Support store opening/closing procedures, housekeeping and adherence to health & safety protocols.
  • Assist with in-store events, promotions and clienteling activities such as follow-up calls or appointment preparation as required by store leadership.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proven reliability with a flexible schedule — willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused demeanour.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling integrity.
