Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, brand-aligned client service to maximise conversion and foster long-term client relationships.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, exchanges and returns while maintaining cash-handling integrity.
- Support visual merchandising standards: maintain floor sets, replenish stock and ensure product presentation meets brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving, tagging and basic stock counts.
- Contribute to loss-prevention and store compliance procedures and support opening/closing routines as required.
- Participate in in-store events and promotions, providing polished clienteling and follow-up communication when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation with a polished, client-focused manner.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Right to work in the United States for the duration of the temporary assignment.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; seasonal retail experience an advantage.
