Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, brand-aligned client service to maximise conversion and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, exchanges and returns while maintaining cash-handling integrity.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain floor sets, replenish stock and ensure product presentation meets brand guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving, tagging and basic stock counts.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention and store compliance procedures and support opening/closing routines as required.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions, providing polished clienteling and follow-up communication when appropriate.
