Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, personalised customer service to cultivate loyalty and exceed individual sales targets.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, exchanges and returns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards across selling floors and windows.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts and back-of-house organisation to ensure product availability.
- Execute clienteling activities — capture customer data, follow up on inquiries and support store appointment bookings.
- Contribute to store opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention protocols and team communications during peak periods and events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary retail or hospitality training advantageous.
- Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service in a retail or client-facing environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods; ability to work variable shift patterns.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail setting.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if employed in the U.S.) and reliable punctuality.

Experience
Entry-level; prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred, with advantage given to candidates who have worked for premium or luxury brands or in high-volume flagship stores.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
