Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to drive add‑on sales.
  • Listen actively to customer needs and guide purchase decisions while ensuring a seamless checkout experience using POS systems.
  • Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire customers and increase conversion.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory handling and visual standards.
  • Support omnichannel selling (virtual consultations, social media outreach) and assist with store events or busy‑period activities.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience; experience in fashion, accessories or premium/lifestyle retail preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques.
  • English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience

Previous retail sales experience is required; background in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail and hands‑on styling is strongly preferred.
